Privacy

Plain language, same as our terms. This is what we actually collect — not a generic template.

Who we are

  • Slo Studio Sdn. Bhd. runs this site and the software subscription it describes.
  • This policy covers slo-studio.com and work we do for clients.

What this site collects

  • We do not run a contact form, newsletter, or analytics tracker on this site.
  • Your browser still sends a normal request to our host (Cloudflare). That can include IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. We use that to serve the site and keep it up.

Country for pricing

  • We read a country code from the request (Cloudflare cf-ipcountry) so Malaysian visitors see RM pricing and everyone else sees USD.
  • That is a country, not a street address. We do not use it to profile you.

Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, not to our servers.
  • Stripe’s privacy policy applies to that payment data.

Booking a call

  • If you book a call, that happens on the calendar tool behind the Book a call button.
  • Whatever you type into that scheduler (name, email, notes) is processed by that tool so we can take the meeting.

If you become a client

  • We collect what we need to do the work: name, email, company, project context, and whatever you put in Slack, GitHub, and the project board.
  • We use that only to deliver, bill, and support the engagement.

Who we share with

  • Host and CDN: Cloudflare.
  • Payments: Stripe, when you subscribe.
  • Scheduling: the calendar tool behind Book a call, when you book.
  • We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

  • Website request logs follow our host’s retention.
  • Client records are kept for as long as the engagement lasts, and afterwards where we have to for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.

Your rights

  • Malaysian PDPA rights apply: you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent where we rely on it.
  • Book a call if you want to make a request — we do not publish a catch-all inbox on this site yet.

Cookies

  • This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies.
  • Cloudflare, Stripe, and the calendar tool may set their own cookies to run their service.

Changes

  • If this policy changes, we will update this page. Last updated 3 September 2026.
