Terms

These terms apply to all Slo Studio engagements. They're written in plain language because we don't believe in hiding things in legalese.

Payment

Billed on the 1st of each month via Stripe
First month is pro-rated from the start date
No setup fees

Cancellation and pause

Cancel or pause anytime
No refunds for partial months — service runs until the end of the paid period
No exit fees

Late payment

7-day grace period with automatic retries
Development pauses after 7 days of non-payment
Subscription is cancelled after 21 days of non-payment

Intellectual property

All code and deliverables belong to the client from day one
Slo Studio retains no IP rights to client work
